Not aware of any vendor selling the base receiver unit itself. You may want to contact Line 6 directly to see if they might have a suggestion. Otherwise, you may need to connect with a Buddy or another G10 or Spider V amp owner, here, on TGP, or on Reverb who would take your brand new surplus unit.
